At Bark N Brush, we value our customers and aim to provide the best pet care services and products. This policy outlines our terms for cancellations, returns, and refunds for both services and products purchased from our store or through our website www.barknbrush.com.
1. Cancellations (Services)
- Grooming, veterinary, or other pet care appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time without any cancellation charges.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may attract a cancellation fee.
- No-shows will be charged in full for the booked service.
2. Product Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of purchase under the following conditions:
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (invoice/bill) is required.
- The product should be in a resalable condition.
Non-returnable items include:
- Opened or partially used pet food and treats.
- Perishable goods (raw food, frozen items, etc.).
- Grooming tools and hygiene products once opened.
- Customized or special-order items.
3. Refunds
- Refunds for eligible returns will be processed via the original payment method within 7–10 working days after inspection.
- For card/UPI payments, the refund will reflect as per your bank’s processing timelines.
- Shipping or delivery charges (if any) are non-refundable.
4. Damaged or Defective Products
- If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product.
- We will arrange for a replacement, exchange, or full refund as applicable.
